This application makes our email communication as secure as it is easy. Built on top of DataMotion's Intelligent Information Transport (IIT) platform, it offers flexibility that enables businesses to enjoy the same high-end encryption used by government agencies and large financial and healthcare enterprises. This helps our organization secure email communication.

Pros

User information will give information about the currently logged-in account, and there is an option to change your own password.
The compose option can be used to write a mail.
An inbox can be used to see the mail sent to us.
The draft will show us a mail that was drafted but not sent.

The Datamotion Secure Mail plug-in can be installed and used in Outlook while sending mail. In the search category, if you keep SecureMail 500 Admin and hit go, you can see how many admins there are. You can also see how many users there are and the license consumption.

we work in the healthcare field. sometimes we need to share patient information, so we use secure emails to share that information. it helps that DataMotion is HIPPA compliant so there are no concerns when sharing patient info.

we would to go through a more tedious method if we were not using DataMotion to send patient information.

We use it DataMotion on a daily basis, it keeps the emails content safe from any unknown sources. As we have sensitive and confidential information within the body of text in the majority of emails we send, this is very important. It allows our clients, customers, shareholders and staff to feel safe and protected.

It is good that you can use a secure word in the email between some squared brackets to ensure the chain stays secure, however, when this happens when a member of staff is out of office or the email should no longer be secure, this causes a little discrepancy in the functionality.

We use DataMotion to securely share information and details that are sensitive in nature and that shouldn't go over plain email. These can include text information and/or small data files. This allows us to quickly and conveniently share such information, without having to resort to other cumbersome and less secure means.

Convenient and secure email method to transfer sensitive information and small data files.

Cons

The search feature doesn't work very well - I find myself just scrolling back through emails to find what I'm looking for instead of using the limited search function. For example, I find I have to search the exact Subject title rather than being able to search for words that are partially in the Subject title.

DataMotion is well-suited for text communications that are sensitive in nature and for transfer of small data files (each file has to be 100 MB or less).
