Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

We use it DataMotion on a daily basis, it keeps the emails content safe from any unknown sources. As we have sensitive and confidential information within the body of text in the majority of emails we send, this is very important. It allows our clients, customers, shareholders and staff to feel safe and protected.

  • it can look like a fake email
  • efficient to send in a group email
I think the fact that the email system does allow for a button that says send secure to be used, this means it is well integrated. The only issue would come with forwarding emails to other internal members of staff as it sometimes makes you print the email into a PDF rather than just forwarding to a mailbox.

It is good that you can use a secure word in the email between some squared brackets to ensure the chain stays secure, however, when this happens when a member of staff is out of office or the email should no longer be secure, this causes a little discrepancy in the functionality.
