we work in the healthcare field. sometimes we need to share patient information, so we use secure emails to share that information. it helps that DataMotion is HIPPA compliant so there are no concerns when sharing patient info.

we would to go through a more tedious method if we were not using DataMotion to send patient information.

it was easy to download SecureMail for Outlook. since almost all of my communications is through email, that was the most convenient method of sending secure emails. there is no difference when i send regular emails versus secure emails since all i need to do is press a button to indicate it will be a secure email.

again, we are in the healthcare field so we see patients day in and day out. when sending out referrals or sharing the data with a colleague to get a second opinion, it is important to have HIPPA compliance. in this way, DataMotion has been invaluable to our company. i use secure emails all the time.
