What is Diopter AI?
Diopter AI is a real-time social engineering detection platform. It detects deepfakes and AI-driven social engineering on live video and voice calls. It focuses on synthetic audio and video, identity drift, and manipulation patterns that occur during high-stakes conversations such as wire approvals, account changes, claims, vendor updates, and hiring.
Diopter scores every participant on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex and VoIP calls as the conversation happens. It combines four signals: video deepfake detection, voice deepfake detection, identity and payment verification, and policy alignment, which checks a request against the organisation's own approval rules. The result is a single verdict with a confidence level that routes to a console, SIEM or ticketing system, so a human approver can act before the money moves or the access changes.
There is no caller-side install and no speaker enrollment. On-prem and hybrid deployment are supported, retention is configurable including zero data retention, and rollout runs through Microsoft Intune or Jamf. Free public detectors for video, voice and image are available on diopter.ai.
