Problem: Salesforce is slow to update and annoying. Solution: A fast tool that can really help me update the platform so so fast.

Dooly really gets it right, they are focused on making the simple tasks that should be simple in SFDC, actually easy to use again. It seems ridiculous that you need another product to do this, but you do, and this is the one you should be using.

Pros

  • It is fast and pulls my lists of accounts so so fast.
  • It's easy to take notes and pull in historical context.
  • I can clearly see the activity on my account.

Cons

  • Sometimes there is a challenge in getting the right list of opportunities to show up.
  • I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be great to see dashboards on this platform too.

Likelihood to Recommend

Good: Anyone who has to update SFDC daily, should be using Dooly. It's the only place you should be looking at to house your comments, and notes, move around accounts and update your pipeline. It's just so so so much easier Bad: If you need to move complex deals. The tool is meant to be really simple, and so I have a feeling if you have a super complex version of SFDC, it's gonna be hard to pull off.

After introducing Dooly to a few teammates, it's now used across my team and my manager as well. We mainly use it to maintain SFDC hygiene in a jiffy. The responsiveness is great and I would recommend anyone who is in an individual contributor role who uses Salesforce to give it a try and see the difference

Works only on Salesforce so if you use any other CRM, no point getting Dooly. It's made for enterprise and is free to get started. The paid features get useful when you have a large volume of meetings and a rather complicated product to sell. Does not require any setup besides a few clicks to connect to SFDC

We use Dooly.Al as the de-facto general UI and daily activity replacement for Salesforce. It helps us keep track of our activities, meetings, task assignments, and data access in general.

  • Much clearer and concise data acquisition interface.
  • Note taking consistency (templates, assignment, etc.)
  • Integrated help in the notes (playbooks)

  • Customer-side customization.
  • Voice/recording integrations

Likelihood to Recommend

Anyone using Salesforce will benefit from Dooly.Al, flat out. It presents a much refined and clean interface to find the relevant data and allows bulk (and sometimes field-level) changes that are strangely not possible in SF. Providing Note Templates and Playbooks will require some investment from the user org to get things sorted out yet once it's done the results are impressive.

Dooly.Al is used as a note-taking solution with customizable in-built templates that helps in the conversation. With this, I am able to ask relevant questions to identify the pain points of customers, have sufficient prior research done before the conversation, and be able to come back to refer to the notes taken down anytime without worries that they would disappear. Not only that but being able to use it for any form of meeting from training to taking down notes to performing my day-to-day task has been extremely useful.

It is best suited whereby individuals are required to take down notes as a part of their job, especially in client-facing roles (Sales, etc) as I found that some of my friends who are not in client-facing roles do not take down notes as much as compared to me. (Eg. Developers, Marketers, etc). I found that Dooly.Al could be extremely useful if it is integrated with call solutions, whereby we can take down notes while on a call with a prospect.

Although Dooly.AI offers other features, our company's main use is NOTES. Integration with Salesforce.

  • Template for NOTES and duplicate it
  • Adding highlight color and bold to text on NOTE
  • Integration with Salesforce

Cons

  • Notes are unorganized in a list making not simple to find NOTE easy to look for.
  • No ability to import or export NOTE templates, so we have to manually create line by line.

Likelihood to Recommend

While on a video call, Dooly.AI can be open on a browser to type notes. Then it can be SYNC'd to Salesforce to log records. Ease of use can be better. Support attempted to NOT resolve issues presented on a couple occasions until I had to record a LOOM video to prove the issue.

Pros

  • Allows us to quickly research a keyword a prospect says for on the fly rebuttals.
  • Easy to build templates for efficient note taking.
  • Seamless ability to import directly into our Salesforce CRM.

Cons

  • If I delete the very first line/sentence, it can often lead to me getting an error. I then have to reload the page which is quite frustrating.

It is a fundamental and complementary tool to the SalesForce software, because we can create notes while we are on a phone call and these notes are automatically synchronized in the SalesForce software to not lose the details of the call with the customer, saving time.

Pros

  • Excellent integration, automation and synchronization with SalesForce, allowing the entire note filling process to be done almost automatically.
  • It has customized sections to have at hand all the information I need to sell.
  • It has an orderly format and a simple interface to clearly visualize all the notes made during the call.

Cons

  • That sometimes the update with SalesForce is not activated, is a big drawback, since it is what we mainly use it for.
  • The main screen can look a bit cluttered with information, which creates a bit of chaos when logging in.
  • I'd be very happy if it had a mobile app so I wasn't dependent on the computer for work.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is a great tool that allows sales agents to be better organized when closing deals with customers on phone calls. It has allowed us to work more efficiently and together with the synchronization with SalesForce we have achieved a constant increase in our sales.

I'm not sure if Dooly.AI is being used by other departments, but within the Sales Org we use it heavily to save time updating Salesforce opportunities. Dooly.AI is great because I can take notes, link them to the opportunity, hit sync and an activity record will show up with all the notes so I don't have to manually input information into Salesforce. I also love how you can build reports and and update fields in Salesforce across multiple opportunities while looking at a list view, something that I wasn't able to figure out in Salesforce and used to use Clari for, but the Dooly.AI interface is much easier to use and has other features that I love in addition to editing opportunities en masse. It's also a great collaboration tool as I can see notes from other team members on the same account, they make suggestions for competitive intel based on keywords, it keeps a nice, clean ongoing list of notes for each opportunity. As you can see, the list goes on and on - I love Dooly.AI and would recommend it to anyone that wants a better note take system and wants to save time updating your CRM.

Dooly.AI is used by our entire GTM organization. We leverage Dooly to have a single source of truth of notes for all of our key accounts (sales/partners) and the relevant meetings and opportunities associated with those accounts. For any meeting we have, we are able to take notes and relate information to specific keywords. With integrations, Dooly syncs between our calendars and Salesforce, making it easy to log calls/emails and share notes across the entire team.

  • Dooly.AI is easy, powerful, and intuitive!
  • Dooly.AI saves me incredible time as I can take notes in one place and it syncs up to all relevant Salesforce objects.
  • Dooly.AI's support team is incredible! They customized Dooly for our GTM team and have been an incredible partner!

  • I'd love if Dooly had a mobile app for notes.

Dooly.AI is well suited for larger GTM teams with thousands of accounts. When partnerships, sales, and sales engineering are all involved with an account, Dooly makes it easy to collaborate and share notes between the entire team. This all integrates with Salesforce, so anyone that comes in later to an account can go back into Dooly notes and get caught up quickly.

Dooly.AI can also be used for smaller teams. I don't see a scenario where Dooly.AI wouldn't be appropriate.

Dooly.AI is being used by our organization for many different reasons. Primarily, my usage on the sales side is heavily leveraging the integration with Salesforce. This integration allows for me to do many things. 1) Directly take notes from a custom template that I have created that will sync back into the opportunity on SalesForce. 2) I have the ability to make updates to my opportunities such as next steps, moving pipeline stages and may other pieces.

As a whole it allows for us to streamline the note taking process and admin work that it would take within salesforce to find each field to edit and then save hoping you did it the right way and not missing an input.

Cons

  • Sometimes the sync with salesforce does not work, so if there's ability that when a new field is created in salesforce for say a closed won template, that it would update that new field into Dooly.AI automatically

Likelihood to Recommend

Dooly.AI is best suited when you are needing to take a lot of notes or when needing to make updates to something in salesforce and you want to eliminate the time it takes to find each field that is necessary. The fact that there is no duplicate entry like I am used to for taking notes is where I see the biggest time savings.
