Overall Satisfaction with Dooly.AI
Dooly.AI is being used by our organization for many different reasons. Primarily, my usage on the sales side is heavily leveraging the integration with Salesforce. This integration allows for me to do many things. 1) Directly take notes from a custom template that I have created that will sync back into the opportunity on SalesForce. 2) I have the ability to make updates to my opportunities such as next steps, moving pipeline stages and may other pieces.
As a whole it allows for us to streamline the note taking process and admin work that it would take within salesforce to find each field to edit and then save hoping you did it the right way and not missing an input.

- Allowing for customization of templates
- Sometimes the sync with salesforce does not work, so if there's ability that when a new field is created in salesforce for say a closed won template, that it would update that new field into Dooly.AI automatically
