Overall Satisfaction with Dooly.AI

It is a fundamental and complementary tool to the SalesForce software, because we can create notes while we are on a phone call and these notes are automatically synchronized in the SalesForce software to not lose the details of the call with the customer, saving time.
  • Excellent integration, automation and synchronization with SalesForce, allowing the entire note filling process to be done almost automatically.
  • It has customized sections to have at hand all the information I need to sell.
  • It has an orderly format and a simple interface to clearly visualize all the notes made during the call.
  • That sometimes the update with SalesForce is not activated, is a big drawback, since it is what we mainly use it for.
  • The main screen can look a bit cluttered with information, which creates a bit of chaos when logging in.
  • I'd be very happy if it had a mobile app so I wasn't dependent on the computer for work.
  • Templates to collect information from clients, quickly and without delays.
  • Allows sharing of notes and templates, so that the rest of the team can see how the sales process went with a customer.
  • It has a very extensive library of templates, which allows more options to collect information from a customer.
  • Thanks to this software the sales process during a call is much faster and more effective. We are able to collect all the necessary information from customers in less time and in a more organized way, improving sales and agent productivity.

This is a great tool that allows sales agents to be better organized when closing deals with customers on phone calls. It has allowed us to work more efficiently and together with the synchronization with SalesForce we have achieved a constant increase in our sales.
