Overall Satisfaction with Dooly.AI

Although Dooly.AI offers other features, our company's main use is NOTES. Integration with Salesforce.
  • Template for NOTES and duplicate it
  • Adding highlight color and bold to text on NOTE
  • Integration with Salesforce
  • Notes are unorganized in a list making not simple to find NOTE easy to look for.
  • No ability to import or export NOTE templates, so we have to manually create line by line.
  • Can go back and read NOTES
  • Can be frustrating at times

Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Highspot
While on a video call, Dooly.AI can be open on a browser to type notes. Then it can be SYNC'd to Salesforce to log records. Ease of use can be better. Support attempted to NOT resolve issues presented on a couple occasions until I had to record a LOOM video to prove the issue.
