This helps keep content consistent as well as take some of the workload off of the different locations. It's a great product for publishing content and running campaigns.

If you are in the franchising or multiple location industry, Engage121 could be very valuable and save a lot of time.
Franchisees within our brand would sign up to use Engage121. From the corporate office, I would then submit posts for the franchisees' social media pages. The platform was entirely opt-in for our users. Franchisees would also have the option to either accept the posts via email, or override that function. It helped business owners have a foundation of content on social media, in case they didn't have the time to do so themselves.

The platform was rather slow, and sometimes glitchy to use.
Would like more detailed analytics that breaks down each social page attached to the platform rather than general, over-arching analytics.
