My flow experience with Excalidraw+
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Excalidraw+ to create wireframes, put ideas in whiteboard, mind mapping diagrams, or create architecture diagrams in collaboration with team members while in a discussion or meeting.
Our specific scope is to use this as a virtual canvas where people working from remote and everyone in the organization can use and everyone in the company can see, edit or review in real time.

Pros
- Whiteboard with tools specific to create mind maps, flow diagrams, wireframes.
- Infinite canvas to create diagrams without the worry about space and size of content.
- Real time collaboration with teams.
- Export diagram options.
- AI tools to create diagrams from text, mermaid.
Cons
- Import diagrams even with some limitations
- Tools to create wireframes, most of the basic tools to create wireframes are missing. can add empty screens in mobile, browser so that we can continue from there
- May be add modes and add specific helper tools, like a mode like flow diagram and help with tools like arrows, decision boxes in that mode. likewise can be done in other modes as well
Return on Investment
- For the price it's really worth for the tools it's providing and feature with Excalidraw+
- This is good but we still had to buy competitors like miro at organization level to support multiple collaborations and users at large scale
- Tools provided for the price are good but expected a little more set of tools to create mindmaps, wireframes
