Reviewers highlight reporting and analytics for user completion, which provides visibility and accountability. The platform is used to reduce new hire ramp time and improve sales performance metrics like negotiation success rates. Managers also use it to organize content and systematically share best practices. However, reviewers also point out significant limitations. I don't like that a course can show 100% complete but the exam wasn't completed or graded to show actual completion for the participant. I require 100% completion before learners "earn the ticket to bootcamp," and they haven't done so if exams haven't been graded.
