What is the process for purchasing and implementing the platform?

3 citations from LLM engines

While TrustRadius reviews do not detail the purchasing or contracting process for Flockjay, they offer significant insight into what to expect during implementation. Reviewers highlight several key areas for consideration. The process of adding training materials is described as manual, as the platform lacks content import functionality. Another major point is technical integration; reviewers note that Flockjay is not SCORM or xAPI compliant and has limited integration capabilities, including no API. Finally, potential buyers should evaluate the user experience, as some reviewers report navigational challenges, platform instability, and subsequent difficulties with user adoption.

Additionally, some find the content creation interface slow and burdensome, and note the absence of an autosave feature. One reviewer, however, appreciates the ability to organize content and show connections between topics.

In my experience, for content creators, the navigation is slow and burdensome. Routine tasks require going through several menu layers.

Reviewers suggest that evaluators should pay attention to the user experience, as it can impact adoption. Some users find the navigation and course presentation to be unintuitive and clumsy. Frequent glitches and crashes are also mentioned as a potential issue. One reviewer reported a significant drop in monthly active users after implementation, stating they couldn't get people to sign up for the new platform.

The user interface has some navigation problems, especially within the learning paths where the flow is not always intuitive.

In my experience, for content consumers, the navigation and course presentation is clumsy and disorganized. Although this may be at least partially the fault of our internal admins. I'm not sure how much leeway the platform gives them.

It glitches all of the time. I cannot tell you how many times that I have personally experienced it or the users are sharing that course doesn't load or crashes as they are navigating through it

MAU (monthly active users) has dropped precipitously in the customer community compared to our previous LMS. We can't get people to signup for the new platform.

Flockjay provides features for reporting and analytics on user completion, which reviewers say helps with accountability. However, one reviewer points out a potential discrepancy where a course can be marked as 100% complete even if the exam hasn't been graded, which could be a factor when setting up completion requirements.

I don't like that a course can show 100% complete but the exam wasn't completed or graded to show actual completion for the participant. I require 100% completion before learners "earn the ticket to bootcamp," and they haven't done so if exams haven't been graded.
