Overall Satisfaction with Flockjay

We replaced Showpad with Flockjay, and it was one of the best business decisions we made as an Enablement team. Our problems with Showpad were too many to list, from both the end user and admin perspective. We needed a comprehensive LMS and CMS that was user friendly, flexible to our Onboarding learning paths, and had strong reporting & analytics. We needed to regain our Enterprise Sales team's confidence in our LMS & CMS, which we did with Flockjay, and it's scalability helped ensure the platform could

Flockjay is the easiest enablement and learning manager platform I've used throughout my career. It's very intuitive, simple, does not require any complex admin training to stand up an Onboarding program, and it's also very simple to build a content hierarchy that's easy for AE's to search and find any content they're looking for.
Flockjay helped provide much stronger sales manager visibility into their team's performance, enablement was also able to provide coaching and feedback to AEs throughout their onboarding journey, and we were able to scale best practices across the team. It was also very easy for a sales manager to log in and see their teams performance & enablement focus areas within a few clicks.
Flockjay is significantly stronger than Showpad and Highspot. I highly recommend anyone who might be looking for a new learning & enablement platform to review Flockjay. We saw more feature innovation in 3 months with Flockjay than we did in 2+ years with Showpad.

I think Flockjay is valuable for any organization of any size. We've seen tremendous value, especially compared to legacy LMS & CMS platforms like Highspot and Showpad. I give any enablement professional my highest possible Flockjay recommendation.
