Great functionality, but beware....
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We used Flowlu primarily as a CRM operating outside our ERP. The software is very functional and user-friendly - could be adapted to a number of applications. Although we opted not to use Fowlu long-term, it offered many of the features we were looking for. From a functional standpoint, it came down to a matter of preference. However, Flowlu customer service was lacking when it came to resolving a dispute regarding our membership.

Likelihood to Recommend
Although the functional aspects of the software are very good, we were dismayed at the lack of accommodation from customer service. The auto-renewal policy is somewhat questionable, and Flowlu will refuse a request for a refund based on an unwanted auto-renewal. We had planned on possibly reintegrating Flowlu permanently once we had onboarded our new ERP in about a year, but we have opted for another solution with more billing transparency.
