We use Google AdSense to run recruiting campaigns for adding talent and sales campaign for our freight brokerage services we offer. In terms of recruiting we can target competitors and talent hubs by location, while geofencing the area for precise targeted marketing. When we are targeting for our services we may target a conference where our customers are and geofence that area as well.
Pros

- Ability to target cell phone advertisements.
- Feedback data on the Google AdSense campaigns to best understand the success or failure of the campaign.
- Ability to target competitors' talent pools that work in a certain area or location.
Cons
- Even more detailed data from Google AdSense campaigns. You can never have enough data.
- I do think setting up the campaigns to run could be a little more user friendly for those new to building the campaigns.
- Affordability could always be improved to run campaigns as companies' budgets are tightening having more affordability is always helpful to the customer.
Likelihood to Recommend
I think any company selling a product or service can benefit from Google AdSense advertising as long as they come with a strategy of who to target with their Ad campaigns. If you just blanket anything and everything with your Google Ads it won't be as effective, and you will be wasting your spend.
