Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this software to send personalized thank you videos to donors. It allows us to send mass videos for a group or donors or for a staff or board member to upload a quick video with a personal message to a single donor.

Pros

Cons

The integration tool with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is broken; it allows import of unsubscribed or do not contact emails.
Support has been made of the integration flaw for more than 3 years and has failed to fix it.
Poor product support.
