We have used Greenhouse extensively in our organisation for Recruitment related activities. I being the Head of Engineering there worked with HR team to write Job postings in the application, review candidature profiles, set up interviews, give feedback for the candidate for the same. Also a use case is where we have used Greenhouse to track referral activity, anyone referred by internal employees for the role is easily tracked and the person who referred would have good visibility on the status

Greenhouse super simple when it comes to feedback on interviews, I had my new Engineers take interviews and they were able to easily understand and use the system to write feedback
As a person who refers to multiple people, I can see the status of each role and person I have referred to.
Greenhouse is the most simple ATS out there in the market, its ease of use helped us onboard new members in our hiring team and scale them

What sets Greenhouse apart is its minimalistic features which are easy to use and cover everything. The UI is very simple, well explanatory and gives good overview of the interview process

We use Greenhouse to manage and track our recruiting process as well as tracking our job posting. This is helping to keep our candidates organized as well as the interview process streamlined for a better candidate experience. We also can track any employee referrals which is very helpful.

It's great, I haven't seen any real big issues that would make me not recommend Greenhouse. It keeps the interviewers on track and reminds them to put in their feedback and even helps guide them. It keeps the job postings well organized and the candidates.
We currently us Greenhouse for managing recruitment processes. Greenhouse makes it incredibly easy to gather interview feedback through easily customisable score-cards. The centralised candidate information works brilliantly and I love how easily I can onboard my new team members on Greenhouse.

We use Greenhouse majorly to streamline out recruitment processes. Greenhouse makes it quite easy to track referrals, share the candidate information with the panel members and also gather feedback post-interview. After everyone's feedback is gather, Greenhouse also makes the debriefing process quite easy by showing everyone's feedback. It is also super easy to onboard new users on Greenhouse because of simple workflow design and delightful interface.
Greenhouse is good ATS system. This integrates well with other platforms. It is easy to use and has great reporting capabilities to analyse recruiting data. I am using Greenhouse for 4 years and never ever faced any challenge while using it. UI of the product is very clean and one can easily become hands on in few uses. I have used other ats systems as well but I am super happy with Greenhouse.

For a fast-paced startup, with rapid hiring, Greenhouse is a great tool. Our whole TA team prefers using greenhouse to other applicant tracking systems (ATS). For larger companies you may want to use a tool that is complimentary/built into your HRIS but for earlier stage companies, Greenhouse is great.
Using Green house to schedule and source candidates from Different Job Boards. Collecting feedback of Interviews and Keeping candidates informed about their feedback is easy and can Green house is making it better day to day. We are managing whole Recruitment life cycle of an employee through Greenhouse. Assigning Hiring Managers and recruiters is very easy for any Job. Internal Referrals and Job postings are also been published in Greenhouse.

Well suited for Big organizations where recruitment is a daily task. Understanding of Greenhouse workings is simple and it is not difficult to train people who use it for first time. Greenhouse is less appropriate if you are looking for sharing offer letters or doing employee onboarding. Did not had a great experience in doing that
Greenhouse allows us to integrated all our recruitment and talent sourcing activities and process. For a large company like OLIVER having a central Recruitment System is essential and Greenhouse provides us with that.

Greenhouse merges very well with most of the Job Board we use such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and others. It makes it easy to import date from these job boards onto the system. However, more can be done when it comes to bulk candidate import, I think there should be a feature that allows us to adding bulk candidates at a go.

Greenhouse has been beneficial to streamline our interview process as well as onboarding of new hires with it's rich functionality around candidate management and correspondence, interview plan customizations, feedback loop management and data insights/ reporting capabilities. Greenhouse is also easy to roll out to our company, users have had no issues adopting and using the tool for interviews, referrals, and submitting written feedback. One area that would be beneficial to see in the future is a way to incorporate the entire prospecting cycle into the tool i.e. a sourcing functionality that currently is handled by purchasing a tool through another vendor.
