Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Greenhouse is good ATS system. This integrates well with other platforms. It is easy to use and has great reporting capabilities to analyse recruiting data. I am using Greenhouse for 4 years and never ever faced any challenge while using it. UI of the product is very clean and one can easily become hands on in few uses. I have used other ats systems as well but I am super happy with Greenhouse.

- The offer approval process can be streamlined further
- ATS can also improve on the candidate search within database functionality
- A major highlight of this tool is that it does the basic job of ats perfectly
- Massive support in terms of managing candidate pipeline for the position
- Good on reporting with some prebuilt reports as well as custom report building features.
