GroupMap is a real-time brainstorming, collaboration, and decision-making platform designed for facilitators, educators, and teams running workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

Structured facilitation, not a blank canvas
Unlike open-ended whiteboard tools, GroupMap moves groups through a defined workflow: brainstorm, group, vote, prioritize, and assign actions, all within a single session. Participants contribute simultaneously, which reduces meeting time and removes the need to manually collate ideas afterward.

AI-assisted grouping and facilitation
GroupMap AI automatically clusters submitted ideas into themes and includes a co-facilitator with prebuilt prompts for session summaries, discussion questions, and next-step recommendations.

Templates and customization
The platform includes more than 80 templates spanning 14 categories, including brainstorming, retrospectives, strategy, and education, along with 11 configurable session step types such as Context, Icebreaker, Brainstorm, Group, Rate, Vote, Position, Action, Survey, and Results, plus adjustable anonymity and access controls.

Scale and deployment
GroupMap supports groups from 2 to 2,000 participants across in-person, hybrid, and remote sessions. Participants can join via link, code, or email invite without creating an account. The product is available on the web, on desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux, Chromebook), and on mobile (Android, iOS).

Security and compliance
GroupMap runs on SOC2-certified infrastructure. SSO via SAML is available for enterprise customers.
