We were looking for a software tool to help automates customer acquisition at the lowest possible cost for our company. There were a few options out there, but ultimately GrowSurf was the correct choice. We had too many ways of managing these transactions with spreadsheets, SugarCRM opptys, or random emails. Having this one tool has made tracking and reporting on this so much easier.

We were launching an incentive and loyalty program for a client and they had so many questions. GrowSurf and their system basically gave us a script to follow and the setup, trainings, and tracking provided by their software made the project successful. At the end of the day, we use this and our clients use this to get started in loyalty and incentive programs from here on out.

GrowSurf helped us track all of our referrals from several marketing channels and was very customizable to use, which made it far less intensive to set up something similar on our own or with a competitor. There was no complex coding required. All acquisition channels such as paid marketing, newsletters, and more can be added to GrowSurf to track revenue and data really well.

GrowSurf has been responsible for the highest return in effort spent doing referral marketing and overall just tracking data to make sense of our acquisition efforts. If you have a business that relies on acquisition heavily from various sources, GrowSurf makes it very easy to track everything from referrals to organic leads, to paid marketing leads, visualize such data, and even pay out affiliates.

When we launch a new product marketing is a pain as there are many factors to be considered Like target audience and whatnot. We use GrowSurf to generate referral campaigns for the newly launched product, By using GrowSurf we just send out the referral links with coupon codes to a small number of people, and then via word of mouth, encourage them to share that referral by providing extra bonus on referral.

  • Zapier integration is a very handy feature.
  • Great support and onboarding.

Cons

  • A team dashboard will be a great feature to have with more levels of access.
  • Filter and parameters can be added into dashboard.
  • Template UI customization can be enhanced.

First of all, it's very easy to use, as its core function is to create the referral program GrowSurf is doing a pretty decent job. It's well suited if you want to scale the referral program step by step as you grow. Growsurf is Less suited if you have a large data collection routine to follow for a referral program as the dashboard is sometimes a little bit buggy.

We use GrowSurf to promote our company through friends, family, co-workers and affiliates who are already customers of ours. It helps us to expand our customer base by providing rewards for our already dedicated customers. This not only helps us but also helps our customers. GrowSurf brings people straight to our website to increase traffic and highlight what we feel is most important.

GrowSurd is well suited for anyone who wants to promote their business by providing customers with rewards for referrals. It is not appropriate for anything else, in my opinion. If you are at the beginning or middle stages of growing your business or just trying to expand your customer base at any point in time, GrowSurf is great.

We use this to bring more leads by giving away our eBook to the user who refers the most people to our product. We are using it on a client site where every user gets 10% off if they refer a person to the store. It is really easy to use and get leads without spending on ads.

  • I think they can work on pricing considering users all countries.

We give out a coupon for our customer who refers a new customer can GrowSurf works exactly like you need it. I also give a free eBook when someone refers a new user to my blog which helps me gain new subscribers by giving an eBook. This can also be used for SaaS products to give a one-month subscription for every referral to gain customers.

Perfect program to starting first reference program

An extraordinary program to assist us with beginning our first reference program. I love the way simple it is to design your program, the arrangement goes through straightforward strides with supportive clues - the whole arrangement of the program took me about a day. Support reps are really responsive, have extraordinary answers and each issue I've had has been settled. I really like having the option to be charged month to month, and GrowSurf was the most economical decision without giving up the convenience features we really wanted.
