Overall Satisfaction with GrowSurf

Some of our most active clients were gained by word of mouth. Our industry is very driven by friends and family spreading the word so GrowSurf has helped us build a program to achieve this.
We use GrowSurf to allow users to have a unique link to share how our company has helped their lives.

Pros

  • Build out a 360 approach to creating a referral campaign
  • Integrate with our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
  • Automate features.

Cons

  • Analytics of progress
  • Mutli-step referral process
  • Better tutorials
  • Needs better customization and user friendly look/feel
  • Helped us grow and give customers a way to make money on spreading the word.
I wish some things were better explained and there was more video support.
You can come in with little to no experience and put together a well rounded referral program.
I think they stack up well for the price point. I think Ambassador has beer UI than GrowSurf. I did not familiarize myself well enough with Ambassador to know it's faults or perks.

For where our company is at, GrowSurf fit nicely into what we needed and wanted to spend. It allows us to have enough campaigns (currently) to support the needs of our company. Managing the system for payout has not been as easy as anticipated.
