Its well suited for us when we start a new campaign independent from unbounce, and for making more creative and fluid user flows. Its worked well for us on our lower volume lead campaigns, we havent yet used it for anything high volume. We love the drop off analysis, where it gives you an exit rate each step of the journey, but feel the a/b testing side could be improved, in unbounce we can test 20 variants at once (due to the amount of traffic), doesnt seem as easy on Heyflow. Also I've hit a max number of flows quite quickly so probably due to upgrade account, however with unbounce we could have 100s of flows

Im using Heyflow to capture B2C Leads for clients. In one Project, all Buttons on the clients Website lead into the Heyflow, where we pre-qualify leads for the sales team. As the team consists of only 2 reps, it's paramount that the leads are pre-qualified. In another project, we are also using the Heyflow for customer acqusition for a digital health service. Also, we are using it as an onboarding tool for new patients, where the integrations and dsgvo-features come in very handy. All in all, im very happy with the features Heyflow provides

It is good to create quick and easy funnels for partners. If the configurator a partner needs is more advanced and thus a longer funnel Heyflow sometimes is not well suited.
We use Heyflow to make landing pages for our marketing and affiliate campaigns. It empowers our marketing team to manage their own landing pages without a need for engineering help. It also helps us get the user to the correct place based on how they answer the heyflow questions. for example we can match with customer service or sales.

The domains are really annoying. I would like to have multiple global domains with the ability to select which ones are available flow each flow.
Some of the features in my plan weren't in the app and I had to explicitly ask for them - I found that odd and it made things take longer (There were 2 issues, I think one was related to I have 3 domains available but it would only let me add one)
I would also like to setup the global domains at the account level, and have the option of adding scripts to the domain level. For example, I always want the gtm container added to each domain.. I don't want someone on my team to forget to add it.
The way the url naming works on Heyflow is terrible. I don't want to add a bunch of nonsense characters to the end of my url, I want it to be human readable. I also don't need heyflow to have a version of my url on their domain, it would be nice to select which domain(s) I'm using at the beginning of creating a new flow.

If you want just a landing page, heyflow probably isn't the best option (although we've done this and it works fine). Heyflow is an excellent choice f you're interested in surveying customers, qualifying leads or collecting sign up information. Because of it's price point, it is likely less appropriate if your business is small/has low volume.
