We use HighLevel as our CRM. It addresses lead management, drip marketing, email marketing, reporting, communications tracking, in addition to other problems. We build out snapshots and create CRM accounts for franchise members, since we work with franchises. You might say we use HighLevel for Franchise Marketing.
HighLevel is our one stop shop for lead management. Our CEO has been selling the heck out of it, because we're a digital marketing agency and it practically does most things as HubSpot or any other CRM, but is very cost-effective; you don't get charged "per seat". Their AI features also evolve rapidly. Automation too! HighLevel frees up business time to close customers by automating processes. It closes customers automatically too. I love the thing.
