Overall Satisfaction with HighLevel

As an agency, we create accounts for our clients so they can use HighLevel as a CRM, email campaign tool, form and survey builder, and build landing pages among many others. We have also empowered our clients to have more visibility into their sales process through the pipelines on HighLevel.

Pros

  • Cost-effective, especially for a small business

Cons

  • We encounter bugs from time to time
  • Considering it's all-in-one, individual features are not as powerful as counterparts that specialize in those services
  • Loads slowly at times
  • Definitely a useful tool for us and our clients
  • We minimized the need for having to subscribe to various platforms that address different needs
  • We cater mostly to small businesses, so it's perfect for our clients' needs in terms of cost
HighLevel is all-in-one, so varying functions of the aforementioned tools are all covered by HighLevel, albeit not as robust as each of them when stacked against their features and functions. But since small businesses usually would not have that deep need, HighLevel is the cost-effective solution that puts everything in one place.

For a small business, HighLevel is definitely the tool of choice. Small businesses usually wouldn't require most of the functionalities of specialized tools anyway, and the features that HighLevel currently has will suffice in most cases. Software from bigger companies and those that are made specifically for a certain function would be best for bigger businesses, like Salesforce as a CRM.
