InterMIND

InterMIND is a multilingual communication platform that combines AI Translation with Web and Video Conferencing. Each participant speaks, reads, and listens in their own language across meetings, chat, shared files, and post-meeting recaps, with no shared meeting language required.

Key Capabilities

• Live Meeting Translation: Each participant speaks in their own language and hears the others in theirs. Subtitles translate in real time. Guests join by link without an account or app, and the host's plan covers everyone in the meeting.
• Translated Channels and Recaps: After a call, signed-in participants receive a recap in their own language by email, and a meeting can continue as a channel. Channel chat, shared notes, and recaps are translated per reader, so the full history stays searchable and readable in each member's language.
• Document Translation: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files are translated in chat with formatting preserved. The vendor lists this as a paid-plan feature.
• Language Coverage: Voice, chat, and notes translation covers 23 languages on InterMIND's own engine. Document translation covers 30 languages. The site and apps are available in 33 languages. Translation quality is published as a monthly benchmark for each language pair, measured on real traffic.
• Assistant and Integration Access: Users can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini to search recaps, schedule meetings, and post to channels as the user. Integrations include Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (calendar, directory, Google Drive, OneDrive), Slack, and Telegram. Other tools connect through email, Zapier, or the API.
