What is invoicely?
Invoicely offers a free, SaaS-based software system that enables users to send invoices to their clients, boasting over a quarter of a million current users. Paid plans enable users to manage teams, send clients branded estimated quotes, and make use of a variety of integrated payment systems (free plans require Paypal).
Invoicely generates dynamically generated reports, monthly and yearly statements, income and expenditure summaries, to help users track their business finances. Users can view monthly, yearly and customizable summaries on earnings and expenses, invoices, estimates and bills. An AR/AP dashboard is presented so business owners can see what they are owed, and what they owe, in a glance. Invoicely also generates activity logging, so users can view any invoicing, billing, and payment events.
Users can also turn hours, miles and expenses into invoices and bills, and track time and expenses associated to tasks (e.g. mileage, hotel costs, etc.) in invoicely. On paid plans, users can send out branded invoices, adjusting every bit and piece of a control panel, log-in screens and statements to meet any business standard. Users can also use invoicely with an invoicely.com Vanity URL or set up a custom domain name and URL. Its team multiple business management features enable users to set up multiple businesses with their own rules and brand, and add admins and team members.
Users can pay invoices issued through invoicely in any currency, and online. Payment gateway integrations include Paypal, Stripe, Authorize.Net, and mollie. Users can bill invoices in accordance with local regulations by adding taxes, discounts or shipping to single line items or to an invoice subtotal. Users can also set up recurring payments.
Invoicely (formerly Invoiceable) was acquired by apilayer in 2016, a company also founded in 2016 and headquartered in Austria. Other than invoicely, apilayer offers a suite of web APIs & cloud-based micro-service applications.
