Use Cases and Deployment Scope

MindTickle is our tool for creating internal enablement content that helps to onboard new hires on different content and processes that support our clients. MindTickle allows us to track how well someone is onboarding and keep our internal users on track with training material related to new releases to our system and processes for client support. We previously had an issue tracking and reporting who was completing different training modules, and MindTickle has allowed us to resolve that. Additionally, we had been dealing with the issue of which system to use to support multiple orgs within our company, and MindTickle enabled us to train all of our client-facing teams.

Pros

  • MindTickle provides easy reporting that lets us hold teams accountable for completing training. This also enables us to see which training materials have been successful and which haven't, so we can reassess them.
  • Mindtickle allows our enablement teams to load different types of materials ( videos, click-through modules, PDFs) and is flexible for creative needs.

Cons

  • We would like to see the licensing done differently. We would like to expand Mindtickle's use, but the way licensing is set up can make it hard to do so.

Likelihood to Recommend

MindTickle is very well-suited for training materials and creating modules. It allows you to generate helpful click-throughs and track how users engage with and complete the content. MindTickle feels a bit less suited for loading in-person training content and events (e.g., recorded live training).

In our organisation, we're using MindTickle for all our educational purposes. From the moment our employees start at our company and begin their onboarding journey, they're using MindTickle. Our whole onboarding is set up here. It doesn't stop there; most of our internal training is also housed in MindTickle. All of our HR training is on new topics, such as new software tools, and is also done in MindTickle. What's ideal about MindTickle is that it provides a complete platform for all of our educational needs. This means it's easy to use for our users/employees, as they're familiar with how the platform works, and it makes it easy for them to navigate.

Pros

  • Talent development.
  • Detailed courses by topic (Leadership, Professional etc.).
  • Development courses by department.

Cons

  • Improve AI teaching bot performance.
  • Improve gamification / leader board functionalities.

MindTickle is well-suited for onboarding new employees, as it offers a platform for them to develop for their new roles. It covers everything from courses designed for their job or department to general courses. In addition, it provides courses focused on enhancing their professional or leadership skills. The way MindTickle is structured is perfect for all organizations as it allows for customization based on your organization's needs. Perfect one-stop-shop for your employees to find all educational needs. It's also perfect for employees who have already been onboarded but, for example, need to do their annual HR training. It's also perfect if you want to develop other skills or strengthen your understanding of specific topics or areas of improvement.

Our sales organization used Mindtickle to provide a centralized place for all of our sales related and enablement items during the onboarding process. This inclued product trainings, attestations, policies, and sales trainings. This application was used for all incoming sales reps (SDRs through Account Executives). Our sales enablement team were the admins and developed/manage these trainings.

Pros

  • Platform is very intutive for both users and admins
  • Simple yet effective analytics
  • Enagagement gamification
  • Easy to make groups and assign the proper courses to each person/team

Cons

  • It would be nice if the tool provided a chat box in the app to facilitate discussion and q/a

Likelihood to Recommend

Mindtickle is a solid LMS for any sales team, and really any team within an organization that needs to provide lms type courses for their teams (both during the onboarding process and for any ongoing training/attestations as time goes on). It is easy to create tailored/relevant courses, and it is simple for users to navigate. All in all I can't think of anything I dislike about this application. It has a broad use case and is extremely scaleable.

We use Mindtickle for all new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and certification, content management-specific programs (i.e. leadership training). Mindtickle helps us train and certify the go-to-market team in a consistent manner. It also helps us understand gaps in understanding and prescribe specific actions to close those gaps. Ultimately, this will help salespeople ramp faster and be more productive.

  • Better "manager view" of team's progress
  • Prompts to complete / progress training
  • Shorter notifications (i.e. micro tasks) since everyone is already busy

This tool is very easy to use and I have not faced difficulty in its installation, in its purchasing and even its configuration is very easy. This tool has brought revolutionizing our organization, as we have become more particle in our working approach. Through this tool, I am capable of arranging various sales sessions and guiding my team in a professional manner, about how can we enhance productivity together. It is a completely great platform with efficient services.

  • It provides me a good graphical representation of the data and gives me the best information about the sales readiness program, which helps me to understand new processes.
  • This tool has influenced us by providing training sessions too.
  • Through this tool, I am managing my coaching sessions, checklist, and studying how I can better engage my audience.

Cons

  • Sometimes, it does not provide any unique answer against any queries and even misses the questions more often this leads to an irritating atmosphere when I am sending time to search and find a lag in the system.
  • I have faced some issues regarding templates.

This tool is available at a very reasonable price, they have good customer support and offer various plans as well. If you want to grow your business on a large scale then it will surely be the best choice. MindTickle is a training program used by our organization. It gets us up to speed with how we are supposed to be using our ATS. It addresses training standardization. We all know what's going on and how we are supposed to be doing it.

Pros

  • Easy to follow along videos
  • Short video clips

Cons

  • It would be nice to have video previews like on YouTube, where you scroll ahead to a certain time and know what that clip would be about

We are using MT for training and updates to current tools we use as a business. It helps us educate all teams from the first 90 days to new sales strategies. It helps us stay consistent with all information given and not having to take away time from other people's desks.

  • You can't build your own template/modules.

MindTickle is used to introduce new staff to the technical in's and out's of the specific recruiting business. It is used by the entire organization throughout different offices around the country. The training videos are highly informative, concise, and enjoyable to watch. There is an array of different specialties, organized by folders on which area a user should focus on. Overall, it is an excellent tool and helps provide new employees with detailed information.

Pros

  • MindTickle is very well organized, the user interface is easy to read and navigate. This is important because it is very friendly towards both tech-savvy individuals and non-technical individuals.
  • The viewable points on MindTickle helps boost individuals who are competitive and does well to inform users of how they stack up against their fellow peers.

Cons

  • MindTickle should allow users to bookmark key videos and if this feature is already implemented, it should have a better way of finding how to be able to select this function.
  • Some answers in MindTickle are duplicates. While this is probably an error on the setup team, being able to put the exact same response should not be allowed.

Likelihood to Recommend

MindTickle is good for training and videos that help users transition into an organization well informed and ready to perform. MindTickle is really diverse and can be customized for any kind of Q&A needed for each different company. MindTickle seems most appropriate for engaging users with a tutorial and question kind of teaching, which I feel is the best way to learn.

It is used company-wide as a learning tool for training as well as how to use other technologies in our field. It's really helped with being able to make specific videos about our operating system and how to use it. I watched a ton of MindTickle videos myself, and still use them now!

  • More variety would be nice.

MindTickle is being used for training purposes for not only new employees, but employees who need to complete new trainings are rolled out. This is used across the whole organization, and it addresses all of the facets of the job that each and every employee must learn. It helps make not only the on-boarding process, but continuous training, easy and effective.

  • Quizzes: Following each lesson, you have a wrap-up quiz that helps you retain the information learned.
  • Easy to navigate: the software is easy to use.

Cons

  • It occasionally lags.
  • Very rarely it will skip answers to the quiz, which then results in a missed answer.

Likelihood to Recommend

Overall, MindTickle is well suited in almost every facet of the software. It is well suited to providing an effective training ground for both new and old employees. This software allows for training that can be done virtually to be done in a fashion that not only saves time, but allows for the user to take knowledge from it and utilize this knowledge in the office.
