Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our organisation, we're using MindTickle for all our educational purposes. From the moment our employees start at our company and begin their onboarding journey, they're using MindTickle. Our whole onboarding is set up here. It doesn't stop there; most of our internal training is also housed in MindTickle. All of our HR training is on new topics, such as new software tools, and is also done in MindTickle. What's ideal about MindTickle is that it provides a complete platform for all of our educational needs. This means it's easy to use for our users/employees, as they're familiar with how the platform works, and it makes it easy for them to navigate.

Usability

The platform is very easy to use, and for new users is very easy to get familiar with. This is great, as it makes it easy to get through all the materials you need. For people who have been with the organisation longer, it is easy to find new material to strengthen their skills and develop themselves.

Alternatives Considered

Showpad eOS®

I've used Showpad at my previous employment. MindTickle was easier for me to understand and navigate through the platform. The biggest advantage is the ability to find relevant materials to dive into. Also, it's great that everything, from onboarding to further development, is on the same platform.

The way MindTickle is structured is perfect for all organizations as it allows for customization based on your organization's needs. Perfect one-stop-shop for your employees to find all educational needs. It's also perfect for employees who have already been onboarded but, for example, need to do their annual HR training. It's also perfect if you want to develop other skills or strengthen your understanding of specific topics or areas of improvement.
