<div>Policy Hub is used to manage our policies, procedures, and statutory training frameworks. This is managed by our compliance team on the most part, but other departments were involved in regards to updating policies, or managing documents within their particular area of the business. Our learning and development team owned the statutory training aspects.</div><div>

Pros
- Reminders of policies needing updating
- Simple inbox for end-user

Cons
- Communication of impending developments - lots of bugs, and improvements were reported, but the communication whether these would be developed was almost non-existent.
- Quiz output management - There is a lack of ability to report on quiz outcomes across multiple users.
- Lack of flexibility - once something has been published there is no flexibility to make edits without retracting from everyone, and re-publishing.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is suited to basic management of policies and procedures in a company where no flexibility is required.
It isn't appropriate for companies who wish to work with blended media.
