  • There's plenty towards the admin dashboard, so it gets tricky to get used to the navigation and features.

We used NextBee for several functions, both internal and external. Externally, we used it to manage our customer loyalty program, which incentivized users to purchase from our brand. Internally, we used the platform to manage employee programs and incentives. For example, we had a competition where employees 'competed' with each other to create a name for one of our new products.

  • Good integration with Salesforce and Magento
  • Straightforward incentive management module

Cons

  • Interface can run a bit slow at times
  • Constant improvement of the platform is a good thing, but it requires ongoing learning
  • The platform is weak on workflow process establishment

NextBee is an excellent solution when an organization has an established process for incentivizing customers or employees and they are looking for a platform to centralize and manage this process. NextBee is not as strong on the process establishment, so for companies that do not already have a solid process in place, it may not be a good fit.

We used NextBee in our organization in order to manage our marketing and use the features available to focus on customer retention, increasing our value, and also [helping] with customer retention. It was also used for onboarding and training our staff members through the pandemic. It addresses [our] problems of having one tool to do all our many little tasks.
