Overall Satisfaction with NextBee

We used NextBee in our organization in order to manage our marketing and use the features available to focus on customer retention, increasing our value, and also [helping] with customer retention. It was also used for onboarding and training our staff members through the pandemic. It addresses [our] problems of having one tool to do all our many little tasks.

NextBee is much nicer and clearer to use software and contains all I need so I did not need these other programs. It is also much easier to add new employees than it is on any other programs I have used in the past.

I think NextBee could fit within any company especially when used for marketing. It is also great for helping employees remain motivated and rewarding the good employees while showing you employees who may not be doing as well.
