ScheduleOnce upon a time
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Excellent organization tool for managing bookings for meetings and sales calls. Their new product "OnceForm" is by far the one I'm most excited about. I've been able to shave off hours upon hours of manual labor, and complicated external automation, and all the client data is neatly organized and readily available. The flexibility it allows with its smart forms has me now thinking of creative uses for these forms, such as assigning leads to specific sales reps based on details they write in their application, which before was impossible.
Pros
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing client data
- Flexible smart forms
- Integrates well with Zapier
Cons
- The traditional ScheduleOnce form is past its prime; upgrading to the smart forms in FormOnce is the way to go
- Some of the lingo is hard to get into when you first get started
Likelihood to Recommend
For all things bookings, including meetings, sales calls, events, and client onboarding, ScheduleOnce is the dominant software hands down. For shorter forms, such as quizzes and exercises on an online course, FormOnce is the far superior sibling as it's able to accommodate all needs, size, length, and customization.
