We use Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) as one of our ELT tools, the major difference stating that this is a ELT tool when compared to the traditional ETL tool. Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) helps us moving data from heterogenous sources along with the concept of creating loop through logic across similar data instances without much of a hassle.

- Easier trouble shooting methods
Likelihood to Recommend
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) works good in scenarios where data needs to be sourced from multiple heterogenous data sources. This works well with projects to mastering data for MDM solutions as well in the case of Enterprise Data warehousing solutions leveraging its high-performance Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) capabilities to push transformations to the database. This can be also helpful for non structured data sources as well.
