Otelier is hospitality software that helps hotel owners and operators automate back office workflows. The Otelier brand unites five hospitality management platforms: MDO (myDigitalOffice), Datavision, Focal Revenue, HelloGM, and InTouch, which are all now Otelier.

Otelier’s hospitality software automates back-office tasks, supports budgeting and forecasting with more ease and accuracy, and provides a clearer overview of a property or portfolio.

The product portfolio includes:

• Otelier DigitAudit - DigiAudit helps users to stay in audit compliance – with no printing required. DigiAudit helps hoteliers automate signature workflows, reduce costs, and operate more sustainably.
• Otelier DigiPay - A solution for invoice and payment authorizations, used to rceive invoices, verify accuracy, send to authorizers, and pay vendors online.
• Otelier Rec - Software to automate bank reconciliations and income audit journaling, and used to reconcile OTA and third-party bookings. Rec compares and matches internal records to bank statements.
• Otelier TruePlan - Budgeting and forecasting software, used to work toward single plans across a portfolio, seeded with historical data to kick start processes – no manual data mining required.
• Otelier IntelliSight - Automates data collection from various sources across a portfolio. Gives stakeholders across all departments the real-time analytics they need to make more informed decisions that drive revenue.
