We have used it to get immediate results for one off questions more than anything - such as clock in/out times for a given day, leave accrual balances, employee benefit questions, and more.

This is one area that I think needs improvement. It's intelligence is lacking as I've asked direct questions to it and it doesn't provide the answers in the way that I want it to.
