Phished is a Cybersecurity Platform that combines interactive Security Awareness Training with Zero-Trust Protection for email and browsers. The platform is designed to reduce human cyber risk by training employees in daily workflows, protecting users during security incidents, and reducing phishing-related workloads for security teams.

At the centre of the platform is the Phished Assistant, an in-workflow security guide that supports employees in daily operations. When employees report a suspicious message, open a link, check an attachment, or interact with potentially risky web content, the Phished Assistant opens the target in an Isolated Digital Silo, separated from the corporate infrastructure. Within that protected environment, AI analyses the content and provides the employee with contextual guidance on how to proceed.

Training occurs within the employee’s standard workflow. Instead of relying on separate awareness training sessions, Phished delivers guidance tailored to individual behaviour, risk profiles, and real interactions. Employees receive practical training at the point of interaction, turning daily security decisions into learning moments without disrupting operations.

Unlike traditional awareness training or standalone Phishing Simulations, Phished does not rely solely on human judgement. It combines continuous, practice-based training with Zero-Trust Protection across email, browser activity, and digital communication channels where risky links can appear, including business applications such as Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. The system is designed to help employees handle threats beyond email, including Smishing, Quishing, and malicious links shared through non-email channels.

According to the vendor, the Phished Assistant features rapid deployment to add in-the-moment protection and personalised training for organisations.

By combining practice-based training, AI Analysis, Behavioural Insights, cross-channel protection, and rapid deployment, Phished aims to help organisations transition from generic awareness to measurable Cyber Resilience.
