Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is the tool used by the whole organization for all HR purposes. We can track, modify the shift plan. We can see our attendance on this portal. We have a complete description of our compensation. We have all the salary statements available for the complete career journey in this company. We can easily claim our CTC and Non-CTC claims. Very user-friendly and easy to use.

Pros

  • Detailed distribution of our compensation.
  • We can easily track our attendance. We can also modify the attendance if anything unusual.
  • Applying leaves and tracking available leaves in different sections are very clear .
  • We have all the salary statements available for the complete career journey in this company.
  • Claiming of CTC and Non-CTC claims are simple.
  • TX details are also available.
  • Form-16 also available on this tool itself.

Cons

  • Claiming notifications are not on home page.
  • Sometimes claiming are little difficult for the new users
  • Regularization, shift change, week off change are little difficult.

This tool is well suited for all HR purposes. We can get all the details related to the compensation and salary statement here on this tool in a very clear and elaborated manner. We can claim different allowances with this tool. We can track the attendance and can also modify the attendance if anything mismatch. We have all the TAX details and Form-16 is also available on this tool.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PrismHR is being used across the entire organization for payroll and employee management. It solves the complicated problem of processing payroll by connecting our data to G&A Partners. It has been a very easy software to use and navigate as we just got set up within the last 6 months and find it very intuitive.

Pros

  • Houses data in an organized fashion
  • Creates reports that are easy to interpret
  • Provides an online warehouse for personnel management

Cons

  • Compared to other HR platforms, it seems relatively simplistic. The end user experience could be improved my creating an app.
  • Some of the tabs seem redundant and confusing.
  • There was a major security breech and they need to strengthen their cyber security.

Likelihood to Recommend

PrismHR is well suited for running payroll and generating reports, managing employees, and creating a database with employee pay and benefit information. This wouldn’t be a learning and development platform or performance management system. It’s also not a great tool for automating data per department or financial dashboard. Lastly, I do not think previously it had a strong enough cyber security which is why there was a data breach. Thankfully sensitive information wasn’t compromised though.

[PrismHR] is being used throughout the whole organization. We switched from Trinet to it and so far we are happy with it. The switching was smooth and we are happy with their services. Customer service is quick for any questions and they manage all our HR department. I would recommend it for anyone.

[PrismHR is] well suited for small and large businesses. They will tailor to your needs even if you are a small business. Even if you do not know what you need, they will take the time to help you figure it out and tailor their services to you.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use PrismHR across the organization for our employee management system. We use Prism for reporting, payroll, benefit deductions and allocations, applicant tracking system, and employee management. We use Prism for about 500 clients to manage their employees on their own as well as us having admin access to administer payroll, benefits, and HR support.

  • Applicant Tracking
  • User Friendly employee hiring
  • User friendly employee management
  • Billing and payroll for clients
  • The search bar can find anything with keywords very quickly

Cons

  • It would be nice to have a preview of some of the tabs because digging in it can be easy to get lost
  • If when looking at a report name toggling over the name would show a report example. There are so many it is hard to find which one you are looking for

Likelihood to Recommend

It is great for housing a lot of information and being able to find it quickly.

It is not great for if you are wanting to open more than one account at a time and be able to view them together. It would be nice to be able to open multiple clients and have tabs open from the same log in.
