Overall Satisfaction with PrismHR
We use PrismHR across the organization for our employee management system. We use Prism for reporting, payroll, benefit deductions and allocations, applicant tracking system, and employee management. We use Prism for about 500 clients to manage their employees on their own as well as us having admin access to administer payroll, benefits, and HR support.
Pros

- The search bar can find anything with keywords very quickly
Cons
- It would be nice to have a preview of some of the tabs because digging in it can be easy to get lost
- If when looking at a report name toggling over the name would show a report example. There are so many it is hard to find which one you are looking for
- Positively been a one-stop shop.
- The ATS could have better notifications and task settings for clients, and we have lost clients because of it.
