In response to inquiries about alternative construction management platforms, a small segment of the review corpus identified a few specific products. Two reviewers cited Autodesk Construction Cloud as an alternative they have used or evaluated. Similarly, Autodesk Build was mentioned by two reviewers as another comparable platform. Oracle Primavera, specifically its Submittal Exchange and Unifier components, was also noted by one reviewer. These mentions, while limited in number across the 15 reviews, suggest that these platforms are recognized within the competitive landscape of construction project management software. The reviews did not provide detailed comparative analysis or specific reasons for their evaluation or use, but their inclusion indicates they are considered relevant alternatives to Procore by a small subset of users. Given the small sample size, these observations reflect individual experiences rather than broad market trends or widespread adoption patterns among the entire user base.

What other third-party software have you integrated with Procore (e.g. ERP systems). Please describe the impact these integrations have had within your organization. For example, they may have saved time or resources.

From 15 reviews | Last Published June 13, 2026

Reviews of Procore's third-party integrations, based on a sample of 15, primarily highlight positive impacts on efficiency and process streamlining. Integrations with accounting systems, cited by 4 of 15 reviewers, are frequently noted for reducing manual data entry and improving financial oversight. Beyond accounting, reviewers also report benefits in document and contract management, indicating a broader positive effect on operational workflows. The ability to connect Procore with other essential business tools appears to reduce reliance on disparate systems and enhance the speed and accuracy of project-related tasks. While most feedback is positive regarding the utility of these integrations, one specific accounting integration was noted for its prohibitive cost, leading to discontinuation, suggesting that cost-effectiveness can be a factor in adoption despite functional benefits.

Accounting Integrations

We use the Procore and QuickBooks integration for accounting, and it really helps a lot. Instead of double encoding purchase orders, change orders, and invoices, it automatically syncs. It saves time and reduces errors, so people in the office can focus more on supporting projects.

Document Management

I am using 2D AutoCAD drawings to provide the rebar cutting list. Instead of printing the CAD drawing and having it signed by the concerned person, Procore allows me to upload my rebar cutting list as a converted PDF file and create an RFA Submittal.

Contract Management

We also use the DocuSign integration for contracts and approvals. He signed documents quickly—especially with submittals and commitments.
