Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are a general contractor that uses Procore for all aspects of the construction process. We use it for bidding, project management, contractor contracts, prime owner contracts, invoicing, including punch lists and close out. This software gives us the tools and organizational needs to ensure that we are keeping tabs on KPIs and our PMs on task with current issues and push us to the best problem solving

DocuSign and quickbooks. This has given us the tools needed to turn out prime and subcontracts at a higher rate and pace. The Quickbook option also brings all the costs back to our CFO also pushes them out to our project budgets to understand profitability. This is a huge time saver and a repeatable process for your company.
no other software has been used, we just knew Procore was the best

Procore Pay has proven highly effective for managing conditional and unconditional waivers, ACH payments, and tracking contract commitments. Your team has successfully implemented it for new projects, streamlining payment workflows and improving transparency. This has helped us keep better records for payments and tracking of lien waivers. This alone i would recommend Procore. This help us manage more work at a high standard
