What other third-party software have you integrated with Procore (e.g. ERP systems). Please describe the impact these integrations have had within your organization. For example, they may have saved time or resources.

From 12 reviews | Last Published May 27, 2026

Integrations with Procore are frequently cited by reviewers as a key driver of operational efficiency and improved data management within their organizations. A significant benefit highlighted by 3 of 12 reviewers is the streamlined financial processes, particularly through accounting system integrations, which reduce manual data entry and enhance financial visibility. Beyond financial applications, reviewers also noted substantial improvements in document management and contract workflows. These integrations collectively contribute to time savings, reduced errors, and a faster pace for critical business operations, allowing teams to focus on project support rather than administrative tasks. While most feedback on integrations is positive, one reviewer did note that a specific integration, though useful, was prohibitively expensive, leading to its discontinuation.

Accounting Integrations

We use the Procore and QuickBooks integration for accounting, and it really helps a lot. Instead of double encoding purchase orders, change orders, and invoices, it automatically syncs. It saves time and reduces errors, so people in the office can focus more on supporting projects.

Document Management

I am using 2D AutoCAD drawings to provide the rebar cutting list. Instead of printing the CAD drawing and having it signed by the concerned person, Procore allows me to upload my rebar cutting list as a converted PDF file and create an RFA Submittal.

Contract Management

We also use the DocuSign integration for contracts and approvals. He signed documents quickly—especially with submittals and commitments.
