Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We utilized Productfolio to help organize our team's ideas, important tasks, and project management. It is SO helpful for organizing your thoughts into actionable plans - the ideas list is my favorite aspect to use during meetings and you can organize them according to project. This has greatly improved our ability to go from ideation to execution much quicker. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a medium to large team to help project manage.
Pros
- Great customer service for any inquiries or issues you may have.
- Easy to digest UI/UX which in turn makes it easy to train new teammates on how to use the platform.
- Provides excellent tools to understand your team's ideas and visions and make them actually happen!
Cons
- I would like to see more color coding options - this is minor but when we have many different projects/clients/tasks, it would help to have more variation for differentiation!
- Better price point may help this product get into more offices!
- Nothing else, this product is really great!
