Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Publer for some time now and have moved over from using Orlo and Publer to just using Publer. We have found Publer to be much more cost-effective as it works in the same way as Orlo and has the same publishing and scheduling features at a fraction of the price.

Pros

  • Publer is very easy to schedule social posts across different channels
  • You can easily reuse social posts that have been previously scheduled
  • You can get the analytics of your previous social posts

Cons

  • There is good analytics but these could be improved to provide more insight
  • Reschedule posts can be shown more easily
  • The UI of the dashboard could be improved

  • We have saved thousands on having one solution instead of two
  • We get much better ROI for planning socials for our client's
  • We get much better value for money with Publer

Publer is an essential tool in our day to day operations. It has made our social media management much more easier and efficient than before. Their tools automate social posting based on performance and allow you to design and customize them much further than you would regularly be able to on the platforms themselves.

It is used for scheduling social media content in an effort to create significant efficiency. It has solved many problems and given us many hours back in time savings. We have multiple accounts connected across various platforms and this has been a game changer in terms of efficiency and time savings.

I use Publer because my business up and down. most social media management platforms say either 10-30-100 profiles. but i dont want to pay for 30 profiles when i only have 12 to manage, and sometimes more, and sometimes less. so Publer worked very well for me. i am using it for 6 months now, easy to set up. My clients did not even notice I changed from the platform.

  • Publer has flexible rates. pay per client
  • I'm using Publer for half a year now, and i have not had the need to get in touch with customer support
  • clear overview of calender with multiple clients.

Cons

  • sometimes when i upload a reel, it turnes out as a picture. so you need to make sure the download was right or something so you don't post it as a pic. instead of a reel
  • its not an issue, but i dont like that you have to split your post for IG and FB, it woud be better for me if it is split always. bc often you want to change the text or # a bit

Return on Investment

  • since my clients are mostly smaller hospitality businesses in South Africa, i cannot charge them 50USD per month. so it doesnt make sense for me to go pay so much for a management tool
  • i like that the posting/scheduling goes so well. i have not yet had a post not going out for any reasons. so that gives trust that i dont have to check it everyday.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Publer for content planning and publishing. I wanted to have one central place, where I can manage what is released where and Publer is the best tool I could find for this.

Ii is really easy to use and affordable for my needs. We are a 2 person team creating educational content.

Pros

  • Content Calendar is arrange really well
  • It is great I can go from Idea to scheduled post all in one software
  • You can watch other profiles on IG and FB and compare how are you doing against them

Cons

  • There is no comments and message agregation - but that is coming soon.
  • The ideation proces could be a bit more smooth. There is a lot of unnecesary saving stuff

Return on Investment

  • I spent 3-4 hours a week less on content management and scheduling
