We found Publer to be an exceptionally user-friendly social media management tool that impressed us with its straightforward setup and really good platform coverage. (including Mastodon.)

Getting started was remarkably simple: we had multiple social media accounts connected and ready to manage from a single dashboard within minutes. The interface is clean, intuitive, navigation is effortless even on first use.

I'm the owner of an optical store with two different brand names. Vingerhoets-Optics which focuses on adults and also a store called Timbel which is focused on children younger than 12 years old. I have to manage 9 different social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Maps business for the 2 brands. With Publer it is very easy to plan and post on every platform. I really struggled with consistently being active on social media, but now with Publer this is much easier. One app to post on all those platforms with a nice calendar.

What especially sets Publer apart from its competitors for a local retailer is the integration with Google Maps. It is easy to post to that (often forgotten) platform.

- Comparing competition and ideal posting time is quite a surplus in cost

- No native Dutch version

I've been using Publer for about a year now and I'm very happy with what I'm getting for the price. The feature set is comprehensive and the pricing is fair, which is exactly what you want in a social media management tool.

What really stands out is how committed the team is to improving the product. They're constantly rolling out upgrades and adding new features, which shows they're listening to users and actively developing the platform.

Of course, there's always room for minor improvements - for example, it would be helpful to see media filenames directly in the post module rather than having to click through. But honestly, these are small nitpicks in an otherwise solid tool.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Publer if you're looking for a reliable, well-priced social media scheduler that continues to evolve and get better.

To schedule posts and content calendar . automation and analytics. It does not hurt to give them a try and see what works and doesnt work for you. It easily addresses the stress of posting on multiple platforms and the time and energy it takes to do that . Publer is heading in the right direction

I use it to help gain more hours in my day by managing multiple social accounts all at once. It's really changed the game for my business as I can finally set aside one morning a week to plan all of our socials. It's really great! Highly recccommend this product. I used to use Hootsuite and this is so much cheaper.

We need batch social media posting, scheduling, automation, and analytics. Publer is great at letting us integrate with canva to schedule posts for over 30 channels and multiple brands easily and cheaply. Hashtag features let you easily add to your posts, and you can tag on platforms that allow it. Separate post customization is great as well.

Publer works really well when you just need to plan and schedule social media posts across a few different platforms. It’s especially handy for small teams or solo marketers who want to keep things organized without dealing with overly complicated tools. I’ve found it great for queuing up Facebook posts, Instagram reels, and even LinkedIn content all in one place, and the interface is pretty easy to get the hang of.

We used to automatically post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other social media that we have on our store. We increase our sales using this product, we pay monthly, and we have integrations with AI and other tools. It's quite good for the price, I recommend. I would use for more time.

If you have a store or brand and want to sell items on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other social media, I would recommend Publer because it can automate your posts and other information regarding the products and can be a very useful tool to increase sales. I recommend it very much.

I've been using Publer for several years now. I have many accounts I use for my business, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Publer allows me to post across all seamlessly, AND repurpose content that wasn't even posted through Publer originally. This has sped up my content creation process tremendously across all platforms. It makes being a small business owner that much easier.

Pros

  • Autoscheduling - I press one button, and content goes out to predetermined schedules across the various platforms
  • Spintax - putting content on autorepeat with auto-generated unique captions!
  • I work with a couple VAs, and I can have them create the content, and I'm automatically notified to approve their work before anything goes out.
  • Easy access to past content for quick reusing and repurposing
  • Feedback - I love that I can always suggest new features, and they're always working on improving!

Cons

  • Some IG features are currently missing, like syncing with trending sounds, but I think that's more of an API limitation than a fault with Publer
  • The website interface can be a bit challenging to navigate. It isn't quite as intuitive as I'd like with where things are placed.
  • Some of the terms are confusing, like "recycling" and "recurring." I wish they'd combine these two particular posting options into one.
  • I'd also love to see better integration with my personalized AI, trained on my business.

Honestly, it's almost the perfect scheduler for me. It's missing a few features, and it can have somewhat of a steep learning curve.. But once you get familiar with where everything is and how to use it, it is a HUGE timesaver. It has room for improvement, of course, but I do love that they're always open to new feedback and are regularly rolling out updates.
