Referral Rock is referral program software built to bring in referrals consistently. Every plan includes a dedicated advisor who helps businesses set up a program built on proven referral best practices and shaped around how they interact with customers day to day.

The advisor recommends rewards, sets up the program and its messaging, and handles any integration, so it is built right before it goes live. From there it runs on its own: automatic invites and enrollment, a branded member portal, reward management, payouts, and reporting, all in one place.

It supports refer-a-friend, affiliate, partner, and brand ambassador programs, with reward rules set per program (two-sided, tiered, or milestone) and automatic payouts in gift cards, cash, or credit.

Because each program is shaped to the business running it, very different kinds run on it: home services, professional services, clinics, financial offices, franchises, agencies, SaaS, and e-commerce.
