Amazing Tool for Zendesk to Freshdesk Migration

We used Relokia for an automated migration from Zendesk to Freshdesk on a very tight timeline. Typically, this would be a manual process of copying every ticket and knowledge base article, consuming days of effort, or using an expensive contractor with custom tooling, again taking weeks.

We recently partnered with Relokia to migrate nearly seven years' worth of data from our old support ticketing system to a new platform—and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

We relied on Relokia’s Help Desk Migration platform to move more than three years of historical tickets, attachments, custom fields, and user profiles from our legacy help‑desk system into our new solution. Without it, the project would have required weeks of scripting and SQL work by our engineering team; with Relokia, a single operations manager completed the entire migration in two afternoons.
