Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ReputationStacker to get more reviews and get insight into what our customers want and need at all of our locations. We’ve always made it a point to actually get back to our clients when they leave a review and I like how I can do that from within the ReputationStacker dashboard.

One of the best parts about using ReputationStacker is having everything in one dashboard. That's huge for a business with multiple locations. Not having to jump between different Google and Facebook pages for every single location is a huge time-saver, and it just makes it a lot easier to make sure we aren't missing anyone.

We use ReputationStacker for online reputation management and experience management. It is excellent for getting reviews and customer feedback for all of our locations, and helps us keep track of everything in one place - including following up with all of our customers to make sure they are completely satisfied with our services.

I think ReputationStacker is very good for businesses with at least a few locations who don't necessarily have a personal relationship with every customer. If you know all of your customers very well then it's easy to ask them for reviews and feedback and follow up with them to make sure you get it, but as soon as you have a customer volume where you know longer know every customer then having a system like ReputationStacker is a requirement.

We need to get a lot of Google reviews to stay ahead of the competitions. ReputationStacker handles this really well. It gets all of our customers to write great Google reviews. That helps spread word of mouth and also helps keep us ranking at the top of Google when new people are searching.

ReputationStacker is really good for businesses that need to get a lot of reviews in order to rank well and win new customers. I particularly like how it makes it easy to compare locations to each other so you can see how each location is performing in review collection, average review rating, etc, and also see the customer sentiment at each location.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ReputationStacker across all of our tutoring locations to automate review requests after enrollment and progress meetings. It solves the problem of inconsistent follow-up and low review volume. I oversee it at the marketing level, and each center benefits from stronger ratings and better local visibility. I love that I can get a big picture of our online reputation for all our locations, and then also click into each location and get a specific view of their review situation.

ReputationStacker is perfect for getting reviews after positive milestones like student progress reports or successful test results. Parents are happy and more likely to leave a review. It is also great for getting client feedback. It helps us see where we can make improvements in the client experience. It may be less well suited for very small businesses that do not have a steady flow of customer interactions. For multi-location businesses like ours it works great.

We use ReputationStacker for online reputation management for all of our dental clinics. The main problem it solves is generating, monitoring, and managing patient reviews at scale without creating extra work for our teams. It automates review requests, helps us respond to feedback efficiently, and gives us clear a clear view of how each location is performing. It’s very focused on reviews, which is exactly what we need, and it fits cleanly into our existing workflow.

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

We operate in a highly competitive market and need to consistently earn Google reviews to stay visible in local search. ReputationStacker automates review generation for us so we don't have to think about it. It reaches out to our clients, collects their feedback on our services, and then sends them to Google to write a review. Without this, we're more or less invisible. With it, we stay at or near the top of search results.

It's amazing for getting new Google reviews, responding to reviews, and tracking reviews. It also makes it easy for us to follow up with our clients, helping us manage expectations and resolve issues. It's not a full customer support system (and it doesn't try to be).
