What is RevOS?

RevOS is an operating layer for revenue teams that work with AI agents. It connects CRM, billing, product usage, support and email data, reconciles it into one governed commercial context, and makes that context available to both people and AI agents. Sales, customer success and RevOps teams, and the agents working alongside them, use the same definitions and the same numbers.

Key capabilities

  • Unified, governed data: RevOS reconciles records from systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Zendesk, Snowflake and Databricks into one commercial view of each account.
  • Semantic layer: metrics such as ARR, net revenue retention and churn are defined once, so dashboards, reports and agents calculate them the same way.
  • AI agents with approval: agents monitor accounts, flag renewal risk, rebuild forecasts and propose next steps. No action runs without human approval, and every action is permissioned and audit logged.
  • Dynamic segments: segments such as churn risk accounts or upsell candidates update automatically as the underlying data changes.
  • Works where teams already work: RevOS is available in Slack, Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT and Claude, and exposes an MCP interface so external AI agents can query governed metrics.
  • Agentic data engineering: on the Growth plan and above, a CLI and AI coding agent build dbt models and semantic layer definitions, with every change reviewed as a pull request.

Who it's for

CROs and sales leadership, customer success teams, RevOps and sales operations, and the data engineers who support them. Typical uses include renewal risk monitoring, forecast preparation, expansion targeting, and answering revenue questions from a single governed source.

Deployment and plans

RevOS is delivered as SaaS, with on-premise or private cloud deployment available on the Enterprise plan. Plans range from Startup (semantic layer, unlimited users, RevOS MCP) to Growth (RevOS Agents, agentic data engineering, bi-directional data reconciliation) and Enterprise (role-based access control, SSO, custom connectors, audit history, dedicated data lake).

Customers

Organizations using RevOS include Wolters Kluwer, Simplifier AG, Quantum Systems, Orpheus Cyber, Kurban Group and Vaiva.
