Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Anthropic Claude has become something that we use daily across multiple areas of our business. Our main use for Anthropic Claude (outside of conversational and exploratory AI advice) is to centralize information in our company. We use Anthropic Claude to create training modules, central knowledge bases, catalogs of raw materials. We also use it from a financial aspect where we've taught it to read sales reports so it can build churning dashboards for our sales team.

Pros

  • Integrates with Excel and PowerPoint - removing the need to menial task.
  • Allows you to schedule tasks based on your Google Calendar and Gmail. Reminding you to action items you've discussed.
  • Makes it easy to build working environments like databases or training modules without the need for IT solutions.

Cons

  • In comparison to other AI, I do find that conversationally, Anthropic Claude lacks in-depth answers to the extent some of the others do. BUT - The content it does provide I generally find to be more valuable.
  • An easier way to understand the credits and how they work. Perhaps a live usage bar or something that makes it more transparent.
  • An integration with co-work. Chats saved on my cowork and chats saved on my Anthropic Claude web app do not sync.

Return on Investment

  • Have not yet worked out a calculation for ROI as Anthropic Claude has become more of a support tool/extra staff member
  • It has improved our execution of concepts. Organizing us and working something out in steps
  • It has also improved our communication process with customers, as we are using it to create workflows for sales team to have documents signed for sales agreements

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Anthropic Claude is a very powerful platform which boosts company's productivity. Its capability is so high. We the developers use Claude in our company for product development. We are highly satisfied with Claude's performance. Almost all developers use Claude code to develop the code. The context window is very bid which helps us a lot in terms of development.

Pros

  • Claude connectors are very useful where we connected clickup, figma, bit bucket, etc with Claude and these mcps made our work easier.
  • Claude custom skills are one thing which really impressed a lot. We build many skills and using them in our company.
  • Guardrails of Claude builds trust between company and claude. It ensures so much of security
  • Claude cowork is very helpful when we are handling multiple projects.

Cons

  • I think showing more transparency in handling security will be helpful
  • The cost of license also feels high. At least they should provide some discounts.
  • Sometimes haiku model is hallucinating more

We use Anthropic Claude for a variety of research and business tasks. I rely on Claude for document review, summarization, and analysis frequently. Our use cases have expanded to daily use of Claude or other AI tools to help process information and tasks more efficiently than in the past.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Anthropic Claude for defining our project features, tracking tasks, researching information, coding, design, legal matters, marketing, and much more. However, it's not our only tool — we also use Gemini and ChatGPT. That being said, Anthropic Claude is exceptionally good at coding. And if you connect external tools to it, it becomes completely versatile and convenient. We've always used it; it's highly user-friendly and offers fair pricing.
