Each deal receives a structured diagnosis — not a generic summary, but specific, actionable context about why it was lost and what has changed since.


The recycling engine then organizes recoverable deals into time-to-callback buckets, segmented by loss reason. Deals move into a "ready for callback" queue when conditions are met — for example, when a previously missing feature ships, or when a timing-based callback date arrives. Sales reps receive AI-generated re-engagement playbooks covering pitch angles, coaching notes, and "why now" context tailored to each deal's specific loss history.
